Bringing our design-build approach from South Carolina to West Palm Beach allowed us to explore the balance between modern coastal architecture and relaxed, everyday livability. Designed as a laid-back getaway for our clients, the home was envisioned to feel like an instant exhale from the moment you walk through the door. By overseeing both the structural details and the final layers of furnishings under one roof, every space was shaped to support a slower, more intentional Florida lifestyle. The result is a custom coastal home that feels timeless, warm, and effortlessly livable.

Inside, the home layers crisp architectural lines with woven textures, soft neutrals, and natural materials that reflect the surrounding coastal setting. In the kitchen and dining areas, warm wood tones, subtle brass accents, and sculptural lighting help ground the bright, sun-filled interiors. Large sliding glass doors dissolve the boundary between indoors and out, allowing natural light to move freely throughout the home and creating an effortless connection to the outdoor living spaces.

Throughout the home, every detail was selected to feel elevated without becoming overly formal. Custom upholstered headboards bring softness to the guest suites, while warm materials and layered textures create a calm, refined feeling throughout the baths. By focusing on material authenticity and clean structural lines, the home feels refined, approachable, and designed to age beautifully over time.
